Being an eastern Oregon boy and a lifelong fan of shows like Star Trek and Outer Limits, Tracy had plenty of time to daydream while growing up. After high school he traveled to Switzerland and France before getting an Associates in Arts at Ricks College and a Bachelors in Anthropology at Boise State University. After meeting the love of his life and producing five beautiful children, he has taken employ specifically to feed his passion for flying planes and writing fiction.
