Madison Jansen

Madison is a lifelong lover of epic fantasy, who moonlights as a graduate student of Rhetoric and Composition. She spends most of her time trying to do cool new things to do with words, both in the academic and creative writing realms. The strange mix of William Faulkner, Brandon Sanderson, Shakespeare, and Tolkien that steadily swirl around in her brain lead to some interesting places. On her journey to doing full-time word stuff, Madison currently divides her time between reading, writing, student teaching, mom-ing, and trying to maintain a socially acceptable level of sanity, which is a large commitment on its own.
